At Tees Active, I play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the pool environment, ensuring users have a safe and enjoyable experience. In addition to lifeguarding, I manage customer memberships and contribute to overseeing the learn-to-swim scheme. My focus is on maintaining safety, enhancing user satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of our facilities.
